Two headlines can say CBD and still be talking about very different things.

Check what was used

A study may involve an oral product, a skin formula, or an ingredient tested in a lab. Those are different settings. Before connecting a headline to a roll-on, look for the product form and who or what was studied.

Look for a matching question

Ask whether the study measured the thing you care about. A result from cells does not directly establish a benefit for people after sport. A systematic review of topical and transdermal CBD trials called for better clinical research; it is not proof that every CBD skin product produces a particular result.

Keep the useful details

Save the study link and note the formula, participants, and outcome. Those details make a better conversation with a qualified professional than a screenshot of the headline. Research can be interesting without being a ready-made promise about your product.
